Aiding Independence provides support within various settings. We provide support in houses sourced by the company where individuals reside as a tenant in their own right.  Houses can have up to 4 tenants, each individual receives support in line with their current Care Package and each house includes a sleep-in member of staff if required.

Alongside this service Aiding Independence support many individuals within their own homes, be that their own flat/ house, to receive independent living skills; or the family home where support can be provided to access the community.

Aiding Independence support is provided on a daily basis in accordance to an individual’s care plan and person centred plan. The key to our success and our service is flexibility. Such flexibility offers individuals choice and autonomy of how they use their support time to enhance the quality of their lives. Support can cover any areas of need and is specifically tailored to each individual.
